REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns after the product has been received. If you wish to make changes to or cancel your order BEFORE it has shipped, please reach out to us immediately at info@soundfragrances.com. We will do our best to assist you.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible
info@soundfragrances.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We
address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory
solution.

EUROPEAN UNION 14 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
